The mental part of workouts are by far the hardest thing about working out. Usually I find if I can just drag myself to the gym, I'll give my workout 100% effort. It's just getting there that can be the hard part on some days.
alyne murphyI totally agree with Zach. I can always find something that needs to be done or that I would rather do, but once I get to the Gym and finish what I want to do, I feel like I accomplished something!!! I have more energy to do other things, once I have exercised.
